GET YOUR FEET ON THE EARTH!

Albuquerque Nia teachers Erin Damour and Tiana Baca Bosiljevac, a.k.a garden girls nia, are excited to present their first installment of outdoor pop-up Nia Technique classes. 

Please join us for for a lovely outdoor Nia experience on Saturday, May 26th from 9 AM to 10 AM at Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm.

Class is open to all and no experience is necessary. Our goal is to encourage you to have fun and play while dancing with a community of like-minded individuals.

Nia is generally practiced barefoot however feel free to wear a pair of shoes should you prefer. Dress comfortably in clothing you can move in and be prepared to sweat a bit. A water bottle is always a good idea! You may like to have a yoga mat or blanket for cool down.
