som∂lchemy movement

offers safe and effective exercise fused with a hearty dose of fun. Typically done barefooted, it is designed to increase our awareness of our mind-body connection, develop our “body literacy” and can be a catalyst for change.

I’m passionate about using movement and music as a tool for exploration. Facilitating Som∂lchemy experiences reinforces my belief that we can find a sense of wholeness, dynamic ease, relaxation and joyfulness when we move and dance together. Our movement community has fun enjoying a mix of forms and music for a playful, grounded, expressive, embodied and effervescent movement class!

I love your class. The only way I can describe it is “JOYFUL”. It’s such a lovely way to move.
Great class today. You’re experience and intuition around movement and pace was really nice. Thanks for creating space for people to be true to themselves too, because it makes it safer to be free and also allow for real healing and joy!
Erin gracefully, engagingly, and enthusiastically guides people to move their bodies.
